On my request, my prepaid mobile No: 9791198xxx with Airtel as service provider was converted into a post paid mobile under Plan 399 and the same was activated on 11-06-2014. The ISD service on my mobile (9791198xxx) was activated only on 06-08-2014( which would have been activated on 11-Jun-2014) .I was deprived of the ISD facility from 11-06-2014 to 05-08-2014. Further I was deprived of 12 free calls to USA/UK which amount to Rs 96-00 during the referred period.(two bill period). The issue is BELATED ACTIVATION OF ISD SERVICES and loss & mental agony suffered

Allow the discount of Rs 96-00 in the total bill amount (for 12 ISD Calls@ Rs8-00) for the free ISD calls which I was deprived of,(for the period from 11-06-2014 to 05-08-2014) in the next bill. •Compensate a sum of Rs5000-00(Rs Five thousand only) for belated activation due to which the mental agony suffered during my visit to Jammu & Kashmir, which too on a vacation, not providing the ISD services as agreed upon.
