Airtel 4G LTE Connection Problems – A Review

Hi, I have raised the request to take the airtel broadband connection in my home @ Hulimavu , Bannerghatta road, Bangalore -560076 and one of your executive came for demo and told me that broadband connection is not available in this area so better to go for 4G LTE connection and then he demonstrated me the speed and all using dongle. I asked him to provide me the Wi-Fi router instead for 4G LTE connection and he taken the request , asked me to fill-up the form and taken my photo and photo identification card xerox. I have given him 200 Rs and he gave me one sim card saying that once verification is done, we will bring the router and make the connection up.

This all happened on 7th Dec 2013 and the same day one more guy came in the evening for verification and taken signature etc.. thereafter I saw the magic of Airtel service..no one has followed up and i called several times to customer care and no one was able to resolve the issue and whenever i am calling the guy who came to my home for demo , he is not picking up the phone so now today is 18th Dec means around 12 days happened and I am only having one sim card with me…No Wi-Fi router and no internet connection :(..Very Bad Airtel..my first impression is very bad with your service. The guy has given his number saying his name is Mohan and his no is 8496977291 but whenever i called to customer care and giving his no they are saying this guy is not from airtel. I don’t know what’s going on. Please helppppppppp.
