I am using Airtel 4G (9741929XXX) from past 6 months. I was getting good speed. From past 1 month speed is running at 12 to 18 kbps. Which is unacceptable. I have raised technical request to check. One of technician came home and said no signal and said some correction is required from tower side. I din’t get any call for a week. I have again raised issue, they said previous request is closed stating issue resolved. Without checking with me how then closed request ? and then I am facing issue still now. I asked to reopen the ticket. She said she will open but i have not received any message or call for technical support.

6 months bills which I paid and 2500 Rs for the device which I spent.
