Dear Sir/Madam, I have complaint in vodafone customer care that in my mobile bill there is wrong billing of Rs.1200/-against bill no.0227860833 period 24.06.2014 to 23.07.2014.They told me that i have made an ISD call on No.2454056522 for 12 minute therefore they have charged Rs.1200/- for ISD call. Whereas I have not made any international call. When they told me about that number then i tried that number but that was a spam number whenever I tried that. They are not ready to listening and saying that you have to pay full bill Amount. This is my humble request please help me in this matter. I will be very grateful to you. Please reverse the wrong billing amount of Rs.1200/-only.
