I bought a LG TV Model no. 22LS3300.ATR & Serial No. 301PLMP075515. After the warranty period, the picture tube of this very TV was broken due to some reason. Then I lodge a complaint(no. RNA140402006904 Dated 02.04.2014) on company’s toll free no. & ask them to repair the same at my own cost. They replied me “The request is closed due to discontinued part.” They added that they will compensate as it’s company’s failureness. But till date, after 4 months, none from company’s end make any contact with me.

I need compensation from company for the suffering it has been given to me from a period of more than 4 months & monetary loss.
