I had ordered a bhayia bhabhi RAKHI set on 5th Aug. Order number – DL-0001556, Worth INR 796. Considering the claim that these people were making about express delivery, i opted for their services & ordered the RAKHI. On 8th Aug 2014 i spoke to their service provider & they claim that my RAKHI will be delivered on the same date. On 9th & 10th Aug 2014(the day of the festival) i try calling them on the same numbers again & the numbers are switched off. I wrote an email to these people and the response i get is even worse. They suggested that I should return the RAKHI set, whenever it’s received so that they can transfer the amount back. The tracking number which they provided through Blue dart was wrong. i could not even track my parcel. if this was the case then in the 1st place they should not have made any false claims about receiving the rakhi in 3 days. They not only spoiled the festival for us but its still 2 days after the festival that we have not yet received the rakhi set.

Appropriate action should be taken so that no one feels cheated next time.
