Order id-2521611250 Name- VIPIN ALEX BARA MO.NO.901385xxx E-Mail: baraalex50@gmail.com On the 29th of July 2014 , I had ordered the SONY XPERIA Z2(BLACK) from SNAPDEAL with the following description.. ” :[FREE:2]Sony Xperia Z2 Black[FREE: Get the new Michael Jackson ‘s ‘Xscape’ via Sony Jive & Xperia Lounge + Free Sony Smartband (SWR-10) worth Rs.5990/- .+ Free Premium Case Worth Rs.2990/- .+ Free 6 months Xperia Accident Damage Cover. + Get Free Aircel 3GB 3G or 2G Data code.” But to my horror,they delivered the product on 4rth August 2014 with only the handset i.e. SONY XPERIA Z2 (BLACK)… and without the freebies that they have mentioned.Moreover,they have sent me 3-4 E-mails confirming that I have recieved the said product with the freebies. I had registered the complaint with request ID-8290054 . On contacting their customer care they told me to sent the attached copy of the mail which i have already sent them thrice on help@snapdeal.com. The customer care guys said that they would resolve the problem within 24-48 hrs but to this date they have neither called me or informed me about the status of the complaint. Everyday I have call them and ask what is the progress of the complaint where i get the same reply that they have forwarded the mail to the team concerned and they are looking after it and the issue would be reolved within 24 hrs. But since a week has passed and no solution has been provided.
My humble prayer to you is to resolve the issue at the earliest and deliver me the freebies mentioned or refund my money at the earliest because i am unable to use the phone at present.
