We took a connection for Airtel 4G at our home by paying a 6 month deposit scheme in which the connection charge was to be waived off. Airtel had confirmed that we shall get 4G speed at our home. We very seldom got high speeds and whenever we contacted Airtel they would refer it as momentary problem or our data usage would have exceeded the quota and hence the speed has been reduced. We informed Airtel that we wanted to convert our 4G to Broadband as we had done in another occasion by paying off the dues on the 4G. Ultimately, under duress we have already taken a broadband connection from Airtel but they are pestering us to clear the dues for the 4G connection.
As we very rarely got the 4G speeds, the payment should be waived.
