Airtel 4G WiFi Device Billing Wrong

I used Airtel 4G wifi device service as I am a freelancer subject matter expert & used to work in night for Chegg.com & is paid Rs.200 per question answered. Due to billing dispute even after paying advance of Rs. 5970 at the time of taking connection , my service has been barred since 18th Aug 2016 -last 6 days. I used to answer questions online for US students & earn a amount of 600 daily basis , due to this kiosk I have lost around Rs. 3600/- in between these 6 days & consequences may go up by discarding my freelancing membership as I was not able to give them my service for last 6 days. This will cost me a lot as I am not sure if I will get another job or not if I get fired which earns my bread.

I want faster resolution of this dispute & restoration my service as I earn by working online. Also It would great if Airtel can compensate me for the loss occurred in these 6 days of Rs. 4000/-
