Tata Croma Store Employee Gave Wrong Info

My name is Shagun. I bought my laptop on the 16th of August, 16. There was an offer of ‘Back to College’ that was going on at the time, we were told BY YOUR EMPLOYEES AT THE STORE that the offer is valid until the 6th of September. I went to the same store today (on the 30th of August) for help regarding the online registry for the offer. I was told that the offer has crossed its validity which was 21st august, by the same employees. This is bloody ridiculous, considering the fact that this is information being supplied by a store as reputed as CROMA. Because of this wrong information being given, I will have to end up paying INR 7000(for the Anti-virus, the warranty extension and the headphones) which i would and for which I absolutely refuse to pay.

If you have employees interacting with customers, they should know what they are saying, especially if its information about offers with expiry dates.
