Airtel – Address Change Without My Consent.

i have been Airtel postpaid customer from last 1 year. i have submitted all relevant documents and my number was verified by postpaid team successfully. This month i.e. June 2015 the company changed my billing address specifically the city area and pincode without my consent also i have not given any request for changes. Now the company says my correct original address verification is pending and wrong address is verified. How can that happen also they have two billing address, that is not possible ?

Let the company be responsible for it and make changes from there end. firstly they dont let customers fill form at there centers and if there staff enters wrong details then customer face apathy.
