Vodafone – Activated call barring alternative No

I have paid the payment of Rs 726.00 on Friday night 19.06.2015 for the no (8939896xxx). They have activated the call barring for the alternative no : 9941374xx. I have called support center on Friday night and they said with in few min it will be activate. I tried but it doesn’t work. Again i called support and the said it will be take another 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I called again they said it takes another 24 hrs. What a bull shed service you are doing?? How long it takes to deactivate the call barring.?? In Vodafone support executive are very worst. Always saying the same thing like “Recorded message” take a request, it will take another 24 hrs. Compare other service provide like Airtel, Aircel..they are rocking. I didn’t seen this type of worst service ever and never. All the executive I spoken from Friday night to Sunday noon are very very waste and worthless for customer support / Vodafone. I believe when reading this mail and take proper action otherwise day by day your Vodafone customer will reduced. Now a day lot of service provider are bugging outside.Consider the issue and take immediate action. Note: 21.06.2015 Sunday night 11.45 like that – I forget the name of the person, he is useless fellow. He said that 241.00 outstanding amount is to pay. Once the payment was settled after that the call barring will deactivate. I have already paid 726.00 Again i asked why i have to pay this amount?.the executive fellow said I don’t know. what a irresponsible answer is this. Take action against this type of worst and useless fellow.

Take action against the Vodafone executive for irresponsible behavior. Issue faced from (19.6.2015 to 22.6.2015) take action against all the executive those who answered between this period.
