sir i have recharge my airtel mobile number 9208169xxx on 03/03/2014 for rupees 200 from airtel website but due to some technical issues the amount was debited from my SBI bank account but recharge was not done after few hours my friend recharge my airtel mobile number 9208169xxx for rupees 200 from paytm.com on the sam day and received talktime of 175 rupees and after 2 to 3 days my failed transaction amount was not returned to my bank from aitel site so i logged online complaint at airtel site on 06/03/2014 and the reference no. is PR030600135. which was closed on same day around 4:15 pm without contacting me so call to the 198 and logged my complain again in the reference no.201312001227599 as per executive told me that you got solution before 8 march 2014 but today call to 198 and asked to the executive about my complain he replied sir your complain was closed. i asked why so he replied sir be on hold i transfer your call to my higher authority and hang my call. after so much disappointment i mailed this complain to this mail id appellate.upe@in.airtel.com and the person name is Rajkumar Gideon The main issues yet not received my money Please refund my money as soon as possible
