Lenovo IdeaTab – getting restarted automatically poor service by centre

I purchased Lenovo IdeaTab A3000 model on 21st October, 2013, via online retailer Flipkart. But just after a month, tab was getting restarted automatically, up to a frequency of 7-10 times a day. Then I contacted Lenovo customer support and they directed me to go to Hi Tech Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore on 10/12/2013. They changed the mother board but again after a month same problem recurred again. Then, again I went to same center and this time they did factory reset after which it worked fine for one and a half month. Then, the same problem of auto restart started again. . I asked Lenovo customer support to tell me a service center where they can resolve the problem and so they directed me to another center (Caddons computer services Pvt. Ltd., Banasankari) on 1/3/14 and here too, mother board was changed. And this time, the same problem recurred again just after a day I brought tablet from service center. This clearly shows that the service center technicians are totally incompetent and unaware of the problem and don’t know how to rectify it. I asked Lenovo customer care to replace this defective product with a new one, but they refused by saying that this is not in their policy. And they were adamant that there is no problem which can’t be resolved which doesn’t seems to be the case.

I just want my money spend on tab, i.e., Rs. 12324, to be refunded. Nothing else. I don’t want it to be replaced as I have no trust on this product. They should take this tablet and return my money.
