Airtel Balance Deduction

I am having airtel no. 9818298493 from the last 6 to 7 years, It is a prepaid connection. The connection is in the name of my husband viz Mr. S.K. Jain. Suddenly on 26th Dec I found that my balance is zero instead of Rs. 80.00 i.e. the last balance on 25th Dec. after which no call was made. I enquired it from cusotmer care, who tol d me that some matrimonial service is activated at this number. On enquiring how this service activated as no such request was made by me, the person on phone told that he is registering for deactivation of the service and my balance will be restored . But nothing is done. On 28th again on enquring about the same the lady attending the call told that no balance will be refunded, only the service will be deactivated. Further, I am not able to send SMS from the phone as that service is also stopped as I am already enjoying the facility of free message card of Rs. 88. The reason is well known by yourself only. I am unable to understand why the some service is activated without my consent and why balance is withdrawn by you and the free SMS service is stopped. Please look into the matter personally and restore my money and allow me to used free SMS service for further more days for which the same was stopped by you. I am also having broadband and corporate number of airtel and did not expect some type of laqxity in servicing the customer. My another no. is 9650690830, 9810363634, 0129-4047189.
