My relation has a prepaid with Airtel no 9629448178 and whenever the number is amount charging, some amount other than tax deducted by you automatically, and we did not know why it is deducted and please check and if possible please call my number 99403-34880

Airtel Overcharging on ISD Roaming Pack
I have got international ISD pack of Rs 779 at airport. I had a balance earlier also in my account. In 3 very small calls i have been charged at rates 10 times of what i was told. I have been cheated. when i called customer care in Nigeria no operator picked up call for 10 minutes. i put hone down still i have been charged Rs 50. why is airtel doing this fraud?
