Airtel Balance Deduction

I am an Airtel prepaid services user since long and right now frustrated due an incident that shook my trust on Airtel, my phone no is 9748078868 and i have been using airtel from 2007 but from last 10 days i have been facing so many problem and after complaining so many times my problem was not solved and my call was disconnectr by supervisory exective when i was chasing for my complaint. I was given commitment by the snr executive that my call rates will be cchanged by 9th of feb and my messing problem vl b soled by 7th of feb but still no initiative has been taken by airtel and rather i was treated rudely on my complaint.In last few days my balance was deducted and THEY IGNORED MY COMPLAINT. INSTEAD THEYDEDUCTED MY MAIN BALANCE FOR MESSEGING.My point is if such a frustrating service is provided to me i would move to consumer forum and get my problem resolved.I really want some kind of resolution from Airtel because it is not about the money.
It is all about work culture ethics and objective of the organisation.
