Airtel – Baring of Service since 5 Days inspite of payment on 12/Aug/13

Dear Sir, I am regularly facing issues from Airtel 3 G data connection. Firstly there service is poor and on complaining vide 60657/4/2013, they have replied it as resolved even before visit of their representative on 3/Aug/13 (8130233766). And I have delayed the payment of first bill due to these issues but instead they levied penalty of 100 Rs. I request to waive but dont know what is the status of this. I have paid 1305.24 on 12/8/13 from Union Bank vide (ePAY/To:BILL PRESENTMENT/17535142/BillPay – 97170) including next bill excluding 100Rs penalty but they have barred my services. On complaining to customer care firstly they told that I have to wait for as payment will be confirmed in 3 Days and service will automatically resumed. But now service is not resumed till today upon again complaining they told that payment is returned but no credit is received to me. In frustration I have also complain for closure of no. on 14/8/13 through my registered email ID but they even not replied on that front.

Closure of service..settlement of previous bill according to slow data service billing. Refund of Security Deposit of 1200 taken at the time of sell of product.
