Dell laptop was purchased from synergy on 27.8.12, which is covered by warranty for 1 year. Hard drive in the laptop got crashed and it was diagnosed and confirmed by dell on 12.8.13 by Mr.Tushaar over phone. (Dell case no. 880835306) As Dell informed that warranty for the product isn’t updated in the system and it has to be done only by the dealer, we contacted synergy on 12.8.13 to update warranty.since 12.8.13,we have been following with synergy- Ms.Durga, to update warranty in the system… But we are getting very poor response..Synergy isn’t willing to confirm over email that they will replace the hard drive before warranty expires.. I have proof of email sent to synergy on 12th and 14th August.Synergy Durga mobile no.9841246246
