Airtel Bill Cycle Change Not Done

I raised a request with Airtel to change my Internet Connection[Account no: 7026023662] billing cycle from 11th of every month to 2nd of every month. The request was accepted by Airtel and new bill was generated on 02-August-2016 with Pro-Rated Data usage. But data refresh / reset was not done as per new cycle and I raised this issue 04-Aug-2016 with Airtel appellate team, but the Airtel appellate team not able to resolve even after their 72 hours SLA and just informing every time when I ask saying their team is working on it without giving me any resolution.

Resolve my internet billing data asap or provide proper SLA/date when it will be resolved.
