Hi Sir, In Nov 2013 I was asked to change my bill plan from 999 solitaire pack to 175 olive corporate plan in next billing cycle but they have started in 1 day before in the evening so In morning I was in 999 solitaire pack so I have used it’s benefit of data usage and when bill was generated then only I came to know that Airtel has changed me. Then I raised the complaint for this then I got several calls and then they was agree and said me to wait for next bill to generate. So now they have deactivate my outgoing call and asked me to pay all the money. Please help me in this.
I want this to waived of and new bill should be generated with correct value and that persons to be punished.
