Airtel – Billing continues after disconnection

I have a airtel datacard with number 9840266407. Due to signal / speed issues for the past 1 yr, I had requested for the discontinuation of the service on 6-feb-2014. Service Request id is 54969693 Mr. Santosh confirmed that I would not be charged from that day and the back-end team will call within a week to confirm the disconnection. The tech team had called multiple times to understand the issue and also requested to continue as they were fixing the issue. I refused to continue and wanted the service to be discontinued as originally requested. As I continued to get the bills, I called the customer service and spoke to Jaganathan. Service Request is 1462728671. A person also called on 12-March to confirm the issue and I made it clear I do not want to continue and am expecting the refund of deposit. She said, she will raise request for credit and cancellation. But today 8-April-2014, i have got another new bill with monthly charges charged after 6-feb.

Refund of Security deposit. Refund of my bill for the past 6 months due to poor quality signal/connectivity.
