I was having quarry regarding billing as i have made changes in plan only wherein it was communicated that 2 GB plan will be there & total usage was 1.3 GB which later on Airtel people said that limit was 1 GB only & for extra 300 mb as mentioned IN BILL, for which I am not liable to pay anything extra & tried for amicable solution and waiver for the same..!!!! After Unnecessary calls several times from company end have already given undue harassment without any favorable response from past 3 months and every customer care executive tried to pass on the problem to avoid without any genuine solution..!!
