I have am using airtel postpaid service on my mobile no 9873442798 and subscribed for data services 150 Rs per month for 1 GB data usage. On every day user get a message from Airlet regarding his usage till now and based on that he can come to know how much data is free under his plan. I received the message from Airtel on 25th Jun’13 at 11:00 PM that your current data usage is 953 MB. On the next day morning I received bill from Airtel generated till 25th June’13 with extra charges of data usage charges Rs 767 added in the bill apart from Monthly 150 Rs. rental for data exclusively. I have proof – SMS sent by Airtel in my mobile; which is sent to me on daily basis and nowhere it is informed that usage is 1332 MB.

I want that overcharges for data should be reverted from my Bill and want compensation of Rs. 20000 for mental harrasment caused to me because of this.
