Complaint: My name is Easwara sarma.V. http://umimobile.in/ is the site where i have paid the full amount on 8th of May the token amount and the full payment on 9th may . they said they ll be giving umi x2 1.5ghz (on 6th may night they mentioned on facebook saying whose prebooks before 10th will be getting 1.5ghz of processor with same umi x2 specification of 1.2ghz of processor ). means umi x2 with 1.5ghz processor. here is there official umi site which they have mentioned everything https://www.facebook.com/umimobile . after that i paid the full amount on 9th of may 2013. till now i didnt get the mobile phone nor any confirmation regarding my delivery nor any updates. they dont even contacted me. right now more then 15 thousands of people are keep on abusing this company regarding the delivery of phone and refunds too . they are not even refunding the amount of their consumers. you can check the face book umi site and u ll get to know what exactly is going on. on the behalf i am placing my complain and waiting for your proper response .And also so many on line stores are also selling the same handset at a bigger rate. enclosing their company name with LLP NO LLPIN/CIN/1A REF NO U52590DL2013PTC252861 UMI MOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED 011-41582777 thank you
