I request you to please refer to my complain no. 340943 regarding refund of my wrongly charged Rs 399 for blackberry z-10 hand set I called Airtel 121 to inquire about my blackberry plan they told me sent a SMS to bis 121 and my plan for activated for Rs 399 for which I got the confirmation from airtel but I was unable to use the Internet .when I called them next morning they registered my complain no.340943 and told me that will refund my money with in 24 hours.It is more than 48 hrs I did not get my refund.Now they have refused to refund my money and Mr Ankur Mehra misbehaved with me and disconnected my phone which I was holding for one hrs and six minutes kindly look into the complain and action taken.
