Airtel – Block outgoing calls – Poor Service – Review

I’d some billing issues on my three nos. 8800773002, 8800773009 and 8800774453. On 24th march 2014, i called up customer care of airtel, 121 and asked them to resolve the issue so that later I can pay my correct bill. They denied that it cannot be resolved so i requested to cancel my all three mobile nos so that i can port them to another service provider. I was assured that I’ll get a call from their response team on Saturday i.e. 29th March but I did not recieve any call. I called up again on 24th April and they again promised that I’ll get a call on next Saturday but again It was not correct. I am now being forced to use this service which I had asked them to cancel two months back. They have till date neither resolved the issue not they have called me. moreover, they have also not ported my no to another service provider. as i had wanted not to use Airtel’s service two months back, I am now not going to pay them. Now I am getting a message on my phone that the outgoing service is going to be discontinued in 2 days. Please help.
