HTC One Dual SIM Mobile Cost me Kaun Banega CrorePati

HTC’s SUB-STANDARD Phone Costs Me Whopping Rs. 7 Crores Without taking much of your valuable time, I am just listing down how HTC India’s Sub-standard Phone HTC One Dual SIM (which they discontinued within 8 months of its launch) caused me a probable LOSS of Rs. 7 Crores. The Incident goes like this:- 1. I registered for participation in ‘KAUN BANEGA CROREPATI’ with my HTC One Dual SIM (802D) 2. Got a call at 0945 hrs on 17th May 2014 from KBC (02261675750) that I have been shortlisted and will be called in the show if answer two questions correctly. 3. Till the time the Operator noted down my details, the phone functioned fine. 4. However, when Mr. Bachchan came on the Line to ask me two question, a Twitter Message came in the Background and ‘PHONE GOT DISCONNECTED’. 5. There could have not been more BIZARRE and FRUSTRATING experience than this.

Although I kept trying (02261675750) for hours, the number was meant only for OUTGOING Calls and I lost ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME opportunity. Now it gives birth to one simple yet HUGE question:- • SHOULD A CALL GET DISCONNECTED IF A SMS/MAIL/TWITTER/WHATSAPP is received in the BACKGROUND? • Should the loss not be ATTRIBUTED to the SUB-STANDARD yet MOST EXPENSIVE phone i.e. HTC One Dual SIM, which the company discontinued even before the completion of INTIAL WARRANTY PERIOD? This implies that HTC had observed some Manufacturing & Design FLAWS in it UPFRONT yet it kept selling it for an MRP of Rs. 59K? • Can anybody depend on such an Instrument while Carrying Out Financial Transaction or Tele Booking or Filling-up some Important Form? • DOESN’T THIS MAKE A FIT CASE TO SUE HTC FOR 7 Crores as the Prize Money of KBC is 7 Crores? The Relief, I Therefore Seek Through Your Highest Office is:- • A suitable COMPENSATION be given keeping in mind that this SUB-STANDARD Phone caused a HAVOC and I missed once in a life time opportunity of going to KBC where I could have won a WHOPPING 7 Crores. • MERELY Replacing the PHONE will not be a SOLUTION as it would not ENSURE a REPEAT Call From KBC.

Hence It Is Upto Your GOOD OFFICE to Decide the Quantum Of Compensation I should be getting from HTC.
