Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention to the following:

A message from 520051010 came to my mobile on 2nd July 2010 and the contents were furnished below:

Thank you for subscription to Airtel Blog(Bachchan). You have been charged Rs. 10 for 30 days. To unsubscribe, SMS UNSUB Bachchan to 52000.

I have not subscribed of my own. The matter was taken-up with your customer care. They had refunded the amount of Rs. 10/- and assured me that this will not happen in future.

To my utter surprise I received the same message to my mobile today (28th Aug. 2010). On enquiry to customer care, I have been told that Airtel Blog for 5000 got activated on 27th August 2010. I got refund of Rs.10/- accordingly.

May I know why this is happening repeatedly while I have not opted at all? Kindly take up the issue seriously with the concerned authority to avoid unnecessary harassment to your customer.
