Airtel Network problem since 25 days

I have ported my number from idea to airtel on 26 Aug 2011. It has since been 28 days, I m am facing network problem at my place but no action is being taken from your side. I had so many conversation with your executives(Customer Care). They assured me that my problem has already been resolved. But there is no change in the status of my problem till date. Service Stopped by Airtel

I am the user of the number 9818168085 since 2001, suddenly my services are stopped on 19/10/2010, when i called the customer care, they are saying that verification process is not completed, I have submit verification documents thrice, at the time of taking connection, also when the govt. made mandatory to submit all documents. subscribtion of monthly logo pack (without customers will)

I have recharged my account with Rs59/-pack on 30.09.10 and on 01.10.10 at 01.17pm Rs10/- have been deducted from my account as a subscription charge of monthly logo pack which I came to know when I received a message from airtel(AD 54321) service.
I therefore like to unsubscribe it and also that the deducted amount should be credited in my account. Continue reading

Improper response from callcentre agent

This is to notify that Airtel being such a big organization in India is providing such a pathetic customer service which is unbelievable.
This is to inform you about the call i made to your helpdesk on 121. For the first 5 times they disconnected my call even without picking it up. The 6th tome hey picked up my call, and without listening to my problem, they disconnected it after 1 minute.

Balance deduction and pathetic customer executives

Hello,

I am a prepaid user, I had done recharge of 333(full talktime) and just made 3-4 calls in the evening my balance was showing Rs 205 I launched a complaint and got a complaint ID and they assured problem will be solved withing 4 hrs and in the morning my balance was Rs 40 after the that i made 6-7 complaints but the issue was not solved.
