I have received Airtel Broadband bill no. 50817763 dated 18/04/2013 for land line no. 011-45600480 which is registered on the name of Rajesh Grover. This bill includes additional charge of Rs. 449 for purchasing 12 GB smartbites that are not purchased by us. We have neither made such a request on phone nor in writing. But Airtel has charged this amount without any authorization and without any confirmation from our side.

I want Airtel to withdraw this charge and send corrected Bill immediately and do not repeat such a mistake in future.
