Airtel – broadband billing and cancellation every alternative day giving problem

I want to compliant about Bharti Airtel. I was a loyal customer of airtel broadband for past 5-6 years. In the month of April 2013 airtel broadband started giving some problems and the connection was very intermittent so called airtel customer service many times regarding this and connection use to work for 2 days and then will start giving the same problem. In the month of may 2013 it was very intermittent and again complained this to airtel customer service and engineer used to come and fix but the engineer informed that there is a construction going on in the next lane so it keeps disconnecting and the engineer was polite and told to call him directly to his mobile(9945701239) whenever there is no internet, but the connection was getting disconnected for every 1-2 hrs which was affecting my work, my project which I use to use mainly in the late night so I was not able to call him directly in the night times hence called customer service and gave many complaints. The service was still the same hence decided to cancel the service. The service got cancelled around 1st or 2nd week of June and informed customer service that will not pay the bill for the month of may and June as I was not getting the service. My Broadband line(08040912127) got cancelled. Post cancellation calls started coming from airtel in the month of July 2013 asking to pay the bill and I was not ready to pay. Calls from airtel was coming everyday and troubling so in the month of august an airtel adviser (Maria) called and informed that there is a pending payment of Rs 3500 change and not to pay the whole amount but just to clear one month bill of Rs 1500. Airtel adviser Maria informed that once payment is made in airtel relationship center call me back to her number(9632380094) and give the bill number to close the account and no more charges will be made. According to her advice made payment of 1500/- for the month of may even though my broadband connection was disconnecting for every 2-3 hrs for the sake of getting out from this daily torture and called back and gave the bill no (receipt no : 34-27818639) and she informed that account will be closed. After two months in the month of October 2013 someone called payal from(+919250509952) mentioning that she is a advocate and airtel has filed a case on me for non-payment of bill, she also threatened that if I am not paying then it will become a huge problem for me. she literally threatened that if the account is pending no matter its correct or not it has to be cleared and there is no other option. she gave a case number (14748209) and asked to visit airtel relationship center and check so went to ARC and checked and they informed that the bill is charged for the month of July, august as well. I informed the agent in ARC that it was cancelled in the month of June and how can it be charged for July and august, the agent had no answer and confirmed that it was cancelled in the month of June so the agent in ARC asked again to cust

I want them to close my account as its been cancelled and I will not pay a single rupee and I should not receive any more calls from airtel.
