i-Ball TARANG USB – noise problem from the first day Faulted Product

I have bought speaker i-Ball TARANG USB 2.1 with REMOTE having serial no: 1124AS00713 on 1st Nov 2013.It has noise problem from the first day. I contacted to customer care no. printed on the box (cartoon in which this product was packed).They gave me no. of NEHRU PLACE service centre. When I contacted they told me to message my address and serial no. to his mobile. After messaging no complain no. was given to me. After two days someone from service centre came and tried to resolve problem but unable to solve. He told that he will come after 3 day and change some part of the product. And now after that day 3 weeks passed he didn’t come. Whenever I tried to contact him, a new type of story he makes .When I contacted to customer care no.(printed to box) again they simply provide me another mobile no. of other service centre(Okhala).I contacted him, once again I was told to message address and serial no. Two day passed no response from their also. When I contacted him again (Okhala service centre) then he told no call or message was sent to his no. Then once again I contacted to customer care no.(printed on box) this time they told me to write a mail to customer care. Now I am very disappointed. Perhaps they are not in a mood to resolve this problem. They simply want to pass time.

I want to return this product,as problem starts from the 1st day itself.
