i have subscribed for airtel broadband connection on 2013-12-18. before subscribing i had contacted the customer care and it assured me that my connection would be activated within 3 days of verification.and i have submitted my documents on 2013-12-20. and i have also paid extra 700 rupees as they have told me that my location demands some amount of extra cable so i have to pay that amount while initially they didn’t indicate anything about this. and after 22 days of my subscription my connection has not been activated.each day i called them and they asked me to wait but still i have not got my connection.
want a compensation of 50000.
