Hi , I had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on March 2nd (which is 16 days before). The concerned person came over to my house & collected the documents & an amount of Rs 600. He said the technical team will be coming over for installation after 4 days . I waited for 7 days & no one had come up . Then i called up customer care & they said within 24 hours they will come . But no one came . As of now i have called up almost 7-8 times & they all gave the same response. The last time i called which was on Friday ,the concerned person said there is cable faulty & they will get back to me within 2 days . No one got back to me yet .I am really very much frustrated .
