Firstcry Online Shopping Review

I Made an order from My IF munjalkomal @gmail.com from firstcry. While making the order i saw there was apromotion going on that if i buy 3 soaps i get 1 Free i bought 6 soaps but when i recieved the product the 2 free ones were not there, I called up customer care & the executive said i am eligible for the offer, I will get a resolution in next 24 hours, No resolution happened i called again and the same executive (Nilesh) said that he would call back in 24 hours, no one called back, I wrote to the customer care and jaspreet called and said i am eligible but they cant give me the offer, i told her i have poofs and she asked me to send proofs, i sent her all the recorded calls i had where THEIR executives told me that i am eligible including her call. The got shocked and their Assistant manager Dhaval patel called me sand said that i was given fake information by their customer care and cant give me the offer, i clearly stated that its their problem not mine. now i got an email that they can only compensate 1 Free soap not the other one. I Can produce all the recorded calls as a proof.

I have had mental harassment, their website first committed something than their representative committed the same thing, They are coming with new stories every time i prove them wrong.

I want my complete offer (i.e 2 Free soaps. I want them to reimburse for the trouble caused to me as well.
