Airtel, Broadband Connection restoration ,Bangalore

I have a Airtel Broadband&&landline connection at home (080-40975265). My phone and broadband connections stopped working on 30th of June and I lodged a complaint on the same day (Complaint no-34914192). Airtel till date only passing days saying that it will be fixed in 24hrs, 48hrs etc. The latest story is that they don’t have permission to dig the road to rectify the fault in the cable and I need to wait until they get permission. Their contractors say that they don’t have labour to do the work. Airtel has also refused to provide any other alternative connection till they rectify the problem. And also they avoid my cancellation requests. I have contacted them almost on daily basis, sent mails to their regional office and also tweeted to their official id. Nothing worked so far.

I was not keeping well and my wife also fell sick in the span of last 10 days. Though my office allowed me to work from home I had to go to office to work as I didn’t had internet connection. When it became very necessary I had to buy another prepaid internet connection which is very slow and costly. This incident has resulted not only loss of money but loss of time in every day follow ups and impact on health as it forced me to travel when I was sick.

1.Compensate for the trouble and agony which I and my family has to go through and the time wasted in follow up due to their false promises. 2.Reimburse the money which I am spending on other service provider due to Airtels problem 3.Either provide me wireless connection till they rectify the problem or continue to reimburse the other service providers charges whose services I am currently availaing
