I had applied for an Airtel broadband connection online on 8.11.2013 vide CAF no. ONMUMBA00558686 vide transaction id 1108909457 and paid Rs.500/- towards the same I was informed over the phone around the 10th that the connection was not feasible and that the deposited amount would be automatically refunded. I have tried contacting Airtel however, I am unable to get myself heard and the money has as yet not been refunded.

Immediate refund of Rs.500/-
