Airtel Broadband Frequent Disconnection

I’ve provided the service from March 2012 and from day 1, I have getting frequent disconnection in the broadband connection. Made in numerous complaints and they close the complaints everytime without my knowledge and didnt provided permanent solution at all.

Both broadband and phone lines are must for me and because of this frequent disconnection, I have face many losses along with my friends, relatives and business partners as and when the call / internet is cut in the middle of the conversation. Also, they have asked me to change the modem router twice which costs me 5,000 Rs. Thrice they asked me to change the internal wiring which costs about 4,000 Rs. The total mistake is on their side, but they asked me to change everything on my side without testing in their side.

I need all my payments back along with a mental torturing me not provided permanent solution for an amount of Rs. 4,99,999. This is to ensure that they will not repeat the same negligence to any one else in the future.
