I purchased airtel internet services for my home use in ghaziabad. But Airtel executive sold me services which are not available in my area. I made complaint on 1st day of service activation but till today i have got no resolution. Airtel confirmed me in written that they can’t provide me services and are planning for site setup. Now they have charged a bill of 2000 INR for what they haven’t provided me.

I have spent 2000 INR in purchasing the internet dongle device and they have charged a bill of over 2000 INR on me. I want my 2000 INR spent in purchasing AIRTEL wireless dongle. They can take back the device + letter of no dues + compensation amount of 5000INR spent in complaint followups and time utilized + money that will be spent during fight of this case.
