I had booked a 3 Bed Room flat (1425 sq. ft) from Paramount Towers Pvt. Ltd. at a total cost of Rs.37,19,750/-and a allotment letter dated 15.06.2010 was issued to me. As per the allotment letter the possession of the flat was to be given in 30 months from the date of allotment letter i.e. by December, 2012. I had made all payments on time, as per the demands raised, and the last payment was made way back in in November, 2012. However, the builder did not complete or handover my flat. On 30.07.2015, the builder issued a letter for offer of possession and demanded final installment and other charges, which was also paid on 21.08.15. However, till date the builder had not given possession or completed the flat and has not responded to any of my mails/letters regarding possession of the flat.

Apart from the mental harassment and agony, I have suffered huge financial loss amounting to Rs.3604589/- plus interest on the amount. I also have to pay installment of Rs.24854/ per month on the bank loan I have taken for purchase of the flat. I want immediate possession of the flat and 18% interest from December, 2012 on the amount paid to the builder.
