Le Mobile Sold By Flipkart Defective

Hi, I purchased mobile phone LeTV LE 1S from Flipkart in the 1st week of February, 2016. Since the mobile was having multiple issues, I got it exchanged within a week from Flipkart. The replacement is having more issues, from hanging to laggy UI to charging issues and terrible battery life. I filed for a refund of my amount but Flipkart has rejected my request.

For the last month, I’ve been unable to attend work calls and personal calls effectively and this has hampered my productivity a lot. I have failed to meet multiple project deadlines because of the issues with the phone. Economically, I must have suffered a loss of over 1 lac because of this.

I want Flipkart to apologise and refund the amount for the phone and provide additional compensation for the loss of my work and their inability to help me.
