Airtel Broadband Not Disconnected

My broadband no.—01614610882 Sir/mam m a regular customer of airtel broadband since more than a year. M doing my M.S at DMCH,Ludhiana.going to complet,so I want to discontinue the connection.i given a written application in airtel office in December.they responded by phone call and ask me to continue with an another plan, I agreed.0n 5/1/13 I lodged application via reg no. 26707786.but no one responded. I again lodged app. Via reg no.28433556 on 7/2/13.they called me back and asked to continue,I refused.they said ok u pay d bill we will proceede.i paid the bill. I again lodged appl via ref no.28545470 on 10/2/13 and asked to discontinue.they asked it is in process.bt next month they are again sending bill,and not discontinued.i m calling repeatedly but no one is listening??????
