I have requested my broadband shifting to my new home on Nov 3rd. Airtel processed my request for 18 days just to say “We cant shift”. I have been calling them daily and they promised me that airtel connection is available in that area and they will give connection 100% and all went in vain.
Me being a freelancer have lost my clients due to absence of internet and this has affected my earnings for this month.
