Airtel Broadband Not Working – Review

I had an Airtel broadband connection problem where I had lodged a complaint on 2nd Oct 2014. Airtel representatives said that the problem will be rectified within the next 24 hours. After waiting for more than 24 hours I used to call them and say that my broadband is not working and they used to say that no such complaint has been registered and it will be rectified in the next 24 hours. This continued and I was not able to access the broadband till 14th Oct. I had asked Airtel to provide me backup wireless internet till they rectify the problem as I am a Software Engineer and need Internet access 24*7 but they refused. I had to rent out an Reliance wireless modem as Airtel was negligent and I was not sure when would the problem get resolved. I had requested Airtel to reimburse my losses but none of them are responding me properly .I had also requested Airtel to scan the telephonic conversations that has taken place between me and Airtel representatives during the period 2nd Oct and 14th Oct to find out the details but they are not ready to do anything. I have dropped mail to Nodal officer of Airtel but they are trying to avoid the matter and always keep saying that “Airtel regrets the inconvenience caused” . The entire details of the matter can be found out between the telephonic conversations but I am not sure why Airtel is not looking into it and refusing to reimburse.

I want my losses to be reimbursed (Rs 3000/-) along with my security deposit (Rs 500/-)
