Airtel Broadband Payment Not Collected

User Id SI4851 8310 Connection by the name of – Pritpal Singh We’ve put forward 7 requests for the executive to come and collect the payment of our one month bill. However our efforts have apparently fallen on deaf ears as our issue still hasn’t been resolved. Following are the service request numbers for proof – CAS-209420-C6V4 CAS-209447-T2K5 CAS-274058-F6P8 CAS-274065-T5K1 CAS-282198-C8X6 CAS-284248-V9H5 CAS-285653-Z0Q1 We even asked them to email us the user Id and password so that we can make online payment but no action was taken on that either. We don’t understand why doesn’t a company want their payment. They’ve discontinued our connection because bill hasn’t been paid. How is it our fault if they’re not willing to collect the payment.
