Airtel Broadband Service Stopped

Airtel not providing us internet services after sending many mails and requesting calls for activation of internet services. 2. They demands original papers for summit in airtel against trai rules. 3. They are not sent us proper bill and insist us for bill payment. 4. They are not barred std services for make max. Bill amount. 5. They are not barred phone after cross credit limit for make bill amount. 6. They sent collection mans who make noise and abuse around office. 7. Many type of persons comes and says that they will barred all connection and are from trai otherwise summit original documents. 8. They are not make any type of criteria for sales man anybody can do this job. These are the reason of above problems. 9. I am corporate user i have 125 connections.

We get loss everywhere because the internet is not activated. 2. We get a economical loss because the std call are not barred. 3. We get economical loss because the credit limit is not fixed as per instruction by me. 4. We get a loss of maximum amount because they sent us bill of nos. Who is never came i use. 5. As per rule of trai they can’t insist us for payment of switch off nos but they demands. 6. After seeing the services of airtel we are stop the circulation of nos. Yet the bill is generate continue

We want they barred all numbers after cross the credit limit. 2. We make proper communication. 3. They sent bill only of these nos. Who is in use. 4. They provide us proper network as per guideline. 5. They give us bill properly for make payment timely. 6. They barred all nos. Who are not in use from last 45-50 days as per guideline of trai.
