Dear Sir/Madam,

I was having a broadband Airtel Connection along with fixed phone having No. 0120-4273360 same was installed at K-115, Gaur Green City, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. It was required to shift the said connection to B-160, Sector-71, Noida. I have call to the Airtel for the same & specifically asked that please make it confirm that there is no problem to install the connection at the new address but the concerned executive told that you don’t need to worry about this, your connection will be shifted within 7 days. The said connection installed at my old address was to be shifted about 1½ month back but is not shifted till date. I have got Ph. No. 9015975041 from Airtel the concerned persons has given me another Nos. of Mr. Avneet i.e. 9711125731 and it is brought to my knowledge that there is a problem of D.B. and they are helpless under such a condition. I then got the No. of Mr. Rajeev i.e. 8800966919 who works at Airtel. When I called him and told about my problem he gave me no. of Mr. Kapil Nankani Assistant Manager at Amba BPO. I then called Mr. Kapil at 09818612677 but nobody has picked up the phone till date. I have again dialed the Airtel for new connection at B-160, Sector-71, Noida where I was assured to provide the new connection, it is quite surprising that Airtel can sell new connection easily but nobody is taking care and is responsible for its old customers. I am regularly trying the Ph. No. 9015975041 & 9711125731 but nobody even picking my phone. It is again surprising and utterly shocking that my new Airtel broadband connection has been installed 2 days back at the Second floor of the same premises.
