Airtel Broadband Shifting Problems

Hi, I have logged a request with Airtel for shifting my broadband connection on 20th June. I was told the connection will be shifted within 5 days. THe connection was not shifted and they logged a new request on my behalf automatically on 26th June. THen after calling multiple time to their local line man. I was told connection can;t be shifted due to unavailability of ports. So I asked for termination of connection. Call centre guys assured me they will shift the connection. One more request logged then. On 4th Jul I finally asked them to terminate the connection. after 5 days I was told don;t terminate we will shift. But again after 7/8 days they told it can’t be shifted. Finally the connection was terminated after more than a month of my original request for transfer. I had cleared all the dues till the closer of my transfer request. THey are following up with me for the payment of one more month as the connection was terminated after 25/28 days. Why should I pay for the delay from Airtel side? I have not used the connection.
