Dear team , This is with reference to my landline number of AIRTEL BRoadband for SME wherein Static IP charges of Rs 5000 plus service tax have been applied on me without any confirmation. Every time I get a confirmation call regarding this but this time I have not received any confirmation so without my knowledge AIRTEL have auto renewed the static ip. So I would like to cancel the static ip and kindly refund me the amount of Rs 5000 plus service tax at the earliest . Because only after the bill adjustment is made I will be paying my bill unless that will have pay my bill. Kindly revert back as a confirmation .
